Oh fuck. This sounds like its escaped from Audio Surf(the game thats really cool if you haven't checked it out). Very similar in a lot of way but....better!!

...this is your brain on electronic music  .... Listening to this is like being immersed in a tub of hot oil-- which is not to say I ever was-- but the beat just takes over your brain, and carries you along for a ride. Movie or game soundtrack? Yeah, definitely has that flavor. New toy, huh? Keep playing, but I do believe you've got it!

Cool, reminds me a lot of Paul Hardcastle (look him up, early synth/sampling pioneer who wrote a lot of tv and radio jangles too) stuff from the late 80's. Mix of tb 303 and korg electribe type sounds. Very analogish feel to this.
Nice blend of synths and beats.
