Wow! Lots of drama right out the gate. Strings and keys have a nice medieval sway to them. Guitar tone is awesome and melodies are ripping. The 4 on the floor and the lack of bass are an interesting twist to this mix allowing much more air for the melodies.

Okay, I prefer to listen a few more times before commenting, but I don't think what I say will get any better. It's powerful, great melody, and very expressive. And a touch of down-and-dirty in the mix, too. Now... after another listen, I may well comment again, but I don't think my opinion will change.. it's already way high.  Playlisted in the Mojo hall of fame. :thumbsup. You know, it's remarkable how fast you have learned. You always had the ear and the soul for music, and on guitar you shine, but you're learning everything else so quickly, it's amazing!

This is kewl.... An infusion of a lot of different style elements produce a interesting texture with a lot of color. Mix and production are good. GTR is kickin'.

This is really good - Your transformation has occured so quickly and you still add in the soulful playing that I always loved on your guitar.

A nice mix of elements here. I like how the melody projects a medieval feeling, yet the instrumentation is nothing like that, and that's a all good and then the creamy guitar licks over the top finish this nicely great work dude

Excellent. Very TV/Movie Soundtrackish, nice use of percussion, pads and guitar, has a bit of a medieval meets modern feel too.

This is the way to go as far as I'm concerned, my type of music this just wish I could play guitar like you  this would fit nicely on a T.Dream CD, it has their sound and feel Beautiful job Matthew

A futuristic western, maybe? I can see that here... Excellent guirars!  Simple but potent melody line and beats... I'm feelin' it, definitely... Very, very well done!

It sounds like some kinda modern take on a gladiator battle between some street-smart skateboard punk kids versus the medieval guitar-playing viking warriors.
This is done very well. It has a....I don't know....an ESPN sports montage kinda ambience with exciting video clips.
I can picture some kind of battle or challenge taking place.
Very visual piece....I like it!
