very peaceful intro.
nice groove when the drums kick into gear and I am always a sucker for choral/angel voices!.
Guitar is melodic, (perhaps a bit trebly for my ears) for the serenity of the rest of the piece but the playing is done nicely.

The beginning is a sweeping panorama of open space and no time... and then the drum comes in, a hearbeat, blood pounding. And the ice begins to thaw. The guitar is how your spirit soars... when you think about her. I'm writing a book for you here, but then you wrote the musical words. Just beautiful, Matthew! Cloud 9 Groovin Hug

Somewhat unexpected, but very good. Somehow it reminds me of a soundtrack of one of those "end-of-the-world" type movies. That drum rhythm is fantastic and not as generic as the standard 4/4 styles that I get quickly bored with. Cool

the drums remind me of a japanese composer named...(google-o-matic) Susumu Hirasawa! it's that deep penetrating repetition that jsut gets me all excited!

nice piercing sound on the guitar, gives that track a whole new look on life. super cool.

I really think the kick is cool, sorta has this effect which makes me think there was confetti or sand?!? on the skin giving this cool decay reverberation... Shrug

The whole piece makes me think The Orb snuck into D. Gilmore's studio as he was over dubbing....plugged into the board, and stole away to add it in their own stuff. Quiet

Dig the intro, nice synth sound. Has an early 90s trance feel to the drumbeat, got plenty of mixes that would sit right in with this.

Cool guitar lead, I'll say a couple of loose notes but I'm listening out for it :P (Razz) Still, tidy sound, the distorted distant guitar works with the backing.

Actually i like what you doing with the synths. This is definately background music for some kind of futuristic animated battle. Oh i just watched Appleseed, maybe that is influencing my opinion here Laughing My Arse Off the gutar adds to the piece in a good way, gives it bit of excitement, like "oh shit, she's kicking them guys asses. look at that, she just backflipkicked the gun out of his hand and then shot the other guy". Firstly I just want to say!!! Fuck!! Its great to see so many people commenting on this here as I know you are awesome mate and always have.

This however is very different to everything else. This should be on the soundtrack to the next Final Fantasy game. Its production are fantastic that beat really is fantastic. Its such a journey. So much so that the 5:22 seems a little bit short somehow. Your guitar playing is just freaking fantastic mate. I love this.

Nice piece! The strings are pretty nice, but I'm not the worlds greatist fan of strings. Sorry. :( (Frown)

The beat is really good! I like the vocals too, pretty unexpected pitch jumps there, like a mad synth gone wild!

The guitar is real good, matches with the the background real well. Nice job there, very hot tone too it!

Great composition though man!!! Cheers

So here I am :D (Big Grin) Hehehe *streams*

The intro has a very epic feeling. Dunno, I see images of a dark forest with lil lights, and the image goes deeper and deeper in ... Cloud 9 Lovely intro mate Thumbs Up Then this beat jumps in ... the image adds crazy fairies dancing their cute bums off :s (Irked)uspicious ... perhaps not, hahaha Laughing My Arse Off but it's definately giving a construction to the song, a body, if you see what I mean :)) (Very Happy) The epic feeling still remains, so if that was your purpose, mission completed ;) (Wink) hihihi. Hmmm, about the guitar coming in. I'd say it's not superfluous however I would've liked hearing something more consistent. Shrug Dunno, that's my opinion on it. But it certainly does not spoil the atmosphere created, so that's a good thing Nodding I could see this as a soundtrack of a psychedelic based movie, in which the junkies make their "trip" after taking some of their shit :hypnotize: It's a nice song mistah Face's Blue Star

The percussion and the bass on this track are killer.
The synthesized female voice is stunning and I love how you're using it in this.
The lead guitar takes this to a complete different level.
What a fantastic jam...smothered with rockin' and tasteful licks.
